Running Technique - Tuesday Evenings
From Tuesday 5 July, as an alternative to the main training session, a set of 4 structured training sessions will be available looking at running technique. The last session in this series will be held on Tuesday 26 July.
The size of coaching group will be limited to a maximum of 8 runners who will be expected to commit to attending all the 4 sessions. Places will be allocated on a “first come” basis. (Members who have already contacted Andy about this are on the list.)
If there is sufficient interest this 4 week training course could be repeated up to the end of September provided the weather does not become too cold.

Performance Improvement - Thursday Evenings
For runners who would like to improve their performance the Club will be offering, on Thursday evenings starting on 7 July, structured training sessions. These sessions will be tailored to suit runners with the potential to achieve a sub 50 min. 10K for ladies, or a sub 45 min. 10K for men.
These sessions will increase progressively in intensity so that runners can move towards their own time goals. The training group will be limited to a maximum of 12 runners who will be expected to attend these sessions regularly to ensure that the maximum benefit from this training can be achieved.
