How to find us

The Striders are based at the West Worthing Squash and Tennis Club, situated near to Durrington’s Northbrook College and Highdown hill. It is approximately 10/15 minute run from the beach.  This exclusive club offers excellent daily changing facilities together with a bar and cafeteria. What could be more inviting after a hard slog over Highdown!
