Highdown Hike

The Highdown Hike is a West Sussex Fun Run League Event held by the Striders in early august of every year. The course will take runners around two laps of rural countryside and chalk/ farm tracks for around 4 miles (approximately 7 km). Drinks will be provided at the finish and St Johns ambulance will be in attendance.

(entries received after this date will be available for collection from the race office)

Parking is available for free at the tennis club but is limited. The shower and changing facilities are also available.

The race has a limit of 350 people and entries are available by application prior to the closing date as above. If places are still available entries are available on the day of the event from the West Worthing Tennis Club. On the day entries must be received before 7.15.

All persons must be 14 and over to take part in the race. All runners enter race at their own risk. Neither the club nor West Worthing tennis club can be held responsible for any accident, injury, loss or damage. All fees are non-refundable.
